Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a caring and babysitter for our 2 children in Alexandria. Aiming to find someone who would be open to a recurring opportunity 2-3 times a month for 3-4 hours each time. This would allow mom and dad a couple date nights a month. The girls are 10 months and 2. 5 years old. You would help with bedtime, if they aren't already put to bed. Typically, once they are down they sleep the whole night so you would just be holding down the fort until we get back. During the daytime, expectations are to actively play with them, feed any meals that would be already prepared by us, assist with naptime/bottles, and help the toddler with the bathroom as we are potty training.
