Structural & Production Welding Specialist - Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Ready for consistent day shift work and real variety?

We’re placing welders of all experience levels with shops throughout the Twin Cities. If you can lay out a clean joint, read a print, and run a steady bead, this is for you.

Can you answer “yes” to these?

• Comfortable with MIG and TIG, and familiar with spot welding
• Confident reading blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Capable of measuring, fitting, and preparing materials for production or custom/structural work
• Hands-on experience using standard welding and fabrication equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & schedule

• $24–$34/hour starting pay, based on experience, certifications, skill set, and the type of work you can take on
• Top of range available for welders with strong fabrication capability
• 1st shift/daytime hours—enjoy evenings free
• Full-time opportunities across multiple shops
