Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

My baby will be 4-5 months old so we will need full care during the work day. I work remotely so I will be home all day when the nanny is there but need care and coverage for when I am in meetings and working. Their ideal day will look like coming over at 9 a.m. when my work day begins, and to care for babys needs (changing diaper, feedings, naps, etc). End of their day will be at 5 p.m. when my work day is over and I can take over. Ideally they will be experienced with infant care and they're okay with two days (8 hour shifts) at our house per week.
