Babysitter Needed

I'm looking for childcare for a few weeks in the month of November while in town visiting family while we work from home. We have a casita on property where you can do childcare (and family will be in main home) Will need some coverage for a few nights while in town as well. We spend a month in AZ several times a year so would love to have someone become our go-to-sitter for future visits.
