The Role in Brief:

Partner Development Executive, Associate Director - Student Re-Enrollment

EAB’s Student Re-Enrollment service supports institutions in reconnecting with previously enrolled students and guiding them from initial engagement through successful re-enrollment. The service combines proactive outreach, structured re-enrollment planning, sustained follow-up, barrier navigation, and institutional coordination, supported by EAB’s Navigate360 CRM, outreach automation, and AI-enabled engagement tools. This Partner Development Executive will have the opportunity to help bring a high-visibility enrollment recovery and student re-engagement service to more institutions.

As a Partner Development Executive, you will own the growth of EAB’s Student Re-Enrollment service by identifying institutional needs and guiding prospective partners through a consultative sales process. You will help enrollment and student success leaders understand how EAB’s advisor-led model provides structured, student-centered guidance and coordinated support without making academic, financial aid, or institutional decisions on a partner’s behalf. You will work closely internal teams to connect partner goals with a service designed to improve student engagement, completion of re-enrollment milestones, barrier navigation, institutional coordination, data quality, and re-enrollment outcomes.

We hire persuasive leaders with a knack for teaching and explaining concepts – people who are comfortable listening to our partners and then mapping their problems to our services and solutions. As our ambassadors and connectors, Partner Development Executives are pivotal to the growth of our firm.

This position is listed as Partner Development Executive for posting purposes; the official title of this hire is expected to be Associate Director, Partner Development to align with EAB business norms.

Partner Development Executives may be based in Washington, D.C.; Richmond, VA; or remotely within the continental United States.
