A PC Software Support professional provides technical support to employees or customers who face issues with computer software, Windows operating systems, applications, and desktop environments.
The primary responsibility is to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software-related issues to ensure users can work without interruptions.
Key Responsibilities
Software Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, browsers, and other business applications.
Windows Support: Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating system issues, system errors, updates, and configuration problems.
Application Installation: Install, configure, update, and uninstall software applications.
Technical Support: Handle user queries through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
