Experienced Delivery Driver - $1.50/Stop ($150-$225+/Day)

Are you an experienced delivery driver who thrives on the open road and takes pride in exceptional service? DBF Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking reliable, safety-focused delivery drivers to join our growing team operating out of the Raleigh and New Hill, NC terminals.

Whether you are looking for Full-Time route independence with per-stop earnings or a reliable Part-Time morning shift with hourly pay, we have a place for you on our dedicated team!

Position Options & Schedule Details

1. Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Driver

• Schedule: 5-day schedule including weekends (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday).
• Compensation: $1.50 per stop ($150–$225+ daily potential based on route volume).
• Volume & Load: 100–150+ packages daily. Involves heavy lifting (packages up to 150 lbs using proper equipment/maneuvering).
• Prep Time: Up to 1 hour terminal preparation prior to dispatch.

2. Part-Time FedEx Priority Overnight (PO) Driver

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (approx. 4 hours/day; weekends optional).
• Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
• Volume & Load: 30–50 stops daily. Packages up to 60 lbs.
• Prep Time: 30 minutes terminal preparation prior to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Route Execution: Efficiently navigate routes using modern navigation tools and operate a handheld scanner to ensure timely deliveries.
• Package Management: Organize and load packages onto your vehicle prior to dispatch.
• Route Completion: Deliver and pick up all assigned packages on your route safely and efficiently until the day's assigned workload is complete.
• Professional Representation: Deliver exceptional customer service while wearing the official FedEx uniform with a positive attitude.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to safe driving practices to maintain an accident-free record and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required (CDL is NOT required).
• Experience:
• Full-Time: Minimum 2 years of P&D driving experience within the last 3 years (Required).
• Part-Time: Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years (Required).
• Physical Capability:
• Ability to lift, maneuver, and move packages up to 150 lbs comfortably (Full-Time) or up to 60 lbs comfortably (Part-Time).
• Screenings: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.
• Key Traits: Safe driving record, punctuality, strong communication skills, fast-paced work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
