Part-Time Cleaner

This position covers three commercial cleaning locations in Minnesota:

• New Brighton: 1 hour per shift
• Mounds View: 1.5 hours per shift
• Minneapolis: 2 hours per shift 

Total budgeted cleaning time: 4.5 hours across all three locations.

This is a long-term position covering three commercial locations, with the schedule coordinated based on cleaning needs and availability.

Legacy Cleaning is looking for a committed, detail-oriented part-time evening cleaner to service three commercial locations in New Brighton, Mounds View, and Minneapolis, MN.

One employee may cover all three locations, depending on their availability and ability to travel between sites.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to and between job sites.
• Clear background check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Very dependable.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Comfortable working alone in commercial buildings during evening hours.
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods during each shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 5:00 PM, depending on the assigned schedule.
• Drive time: Paid travel time between assigned locations.
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.55 per mile for eligible travel between locations.
• Pay rate: $16.50–$18.00 per hour.
