Is This Job For You?

We want to be upfront: This is a demanding, high-endurance role. This is not a "cruise around and listen to the radio" gig. You will be an industrial athlete moving all day.

• Constant Movement: You are the Captain of your van, entering and exiting the vehicle 150–300 times per day.
• All-Terrain Fitness: You will be walking briskly, climbing stairs, navigating long driveways, and managing uneven terrain.
• All-Weather Endurance: We deliver smiles rain or shine. You must be comfortable working in the Michigan elements—scorching heat, rain, sleet, and heavy snow.
• Heavy Lifting: Ability to lift, load, and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs.

If you hate sitting behind a desk and love a challenge that keeps you moving, you will thrive here!

Your Duties:

• Load your delivery van safely and efficiently each morning.
• Execute deliveries by balancing GPS guidance with keen observational skills.
• Drive safely, defensively, and courteously at all times.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and team members.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure fleet safety.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (Note: Standard 4-panel test excludes THC).
• Comfortable driving at night and navigating in the dark during winter months.
• Schedule: Full-time shifts are 10–12 hours per day. Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule that includes some weekend days.
