Full-Time | $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Enjoy helping others and making a difference in their day? Join Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center as an Activities Assistant and help create enjoyable, engaging experiences for our residents.

Working alongside the Activities Director, you will help deliver recreational and social programs that encourage participation, connection, and overall resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and leading recreational and social activities.

• Encourage resident participation and engagement.

• Prepare activity areas and assist with cleanup.

• Provide hands-on support during scheduled programs.

• Maintain accurate records of resident participation.

• Collaborate with team members to support residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors or patients preferred.

• Friendly, patient, and compassionate approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependable, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with residents.
