Shuttle Driver – Data Center Construction Site

About the Role
We’re hiring a dependable Shuttle Driver to support a technician team on a large data center project. You’ll drive crews in a company-provided passenger van between the parking area and the job site, usually a few miles each way. Most of the driving happens at the start and end of each shift. Between those runs you’ll stay on standby to move personnel as needed.

This is also a way into the industry. Drivers who show reliability and interest can move onto the team as technicians later.

Responsibilities

• Drive technicians between the designated parking area and the job site at the start and end of each shift
• Stay on standby during the day for additional runs or transport requests
• Keep to the shift schedule so crews arrive and leave on time
• Do basic daily vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights, cleanliness) and report any problems
• Follow site safety rules, traffic laws and badging or access procedures
• Keep the vehicle clean and organized
• Communicate with site leads about schedule changes or delays

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record (MVR check required)
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Punctual, reliable and professional
• Able to work early mornings, late afternoons and occasional extended shifts
• Comfortable spending long periods on standby
• Good communication skills

Preferred

• Experience on a construction or industrial site
• Interest in growing into a technician role in data center or telecom infrastructure
