Job Title: Commercial Estimator
City/State: Cuero, TX
Shift: Full-time, managing multiple estimates simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines
Pay Rate: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Description:
Responsible for generating accurate, competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects from initial budgets to final bids.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Proven experience in construction estimating, ideally with public, municipal, educational, or large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
• Proficiency with takeoff software such as Bluebeam, Stack, or similar platforms
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to travel locally to meet with subcontractors and vendors
• Willingness to relocate to or near Cuero, TX for the right candidate
