After more than 30 years of continuous development, Conglom Inc. continues to grow in the consumer goods distribution market across United States and Canada.

To support this growth, we are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording accounting transactions and processing accounts payable transactions and invoice payments.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reconciliation of various GL accounts
• Bank reconciliation for multiple companies
• Prepare monthly multi-currency journal entries
• Apply accounting procedures
• Ad hoc analyses and projects
• Participate in the preparation of year-end files for external auditors
• Replace the Accounts Payable Supervisor when required
• Liaise with affiliated companies in Europe and Asia

Skills, Education & Experience

• Bachelor in accounting, DEC in accounting will be considered
• Bilingual (French & English)
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a definite asset
• Organized and manages priorities well
