Manufacturing Digital Transformation Project Manager

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support manufacturing modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

The role involves coordinating technology-enabled programs, Quality Systems initiatives, and enterprise implementations while driving collaboration across IT, Quality, Manufacturing, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate system implementations, releases, testing, and deployments.
• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations.
• Support governance, change management, and business planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing IT programs, technology implementations, or digital transformation projects.
• Previous experience with Manufacturing Digital Transformation / Modernization.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with Jira, Agile methodologies, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience.
• Exposure to MES, QMS, ERP, or enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle, PostgreSQL, databases, and infrastructure.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, change management, and Lean practices.
