1st shift Manufacturing Production Worker

On-site Staffing Services is currently seeking a 1st shift Manufacturing Production Worker for a great company located in the Franklin area. This company specializes in hard chrome plating, sulfamate nickel plating, electroless nickel plating, and nickel-chrome plating.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Rack parts on production lines (parts vary in size and weight)
• Learn and operate hoist line processes, including blasting, polishing, and degreasing
• Mask parts for plating operations
• Read and use a micrometer
• Assist in other areas of the shop as needed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or factory experience preferred
• Ability to lift 80-100 pounds
• Strong math skills
• Ability to read and understand English
• Comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and physical labor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Must be willing to cross-train in multiple departments
• Must be able to pass a background check
