Sales/Admin Specialist

On Demand Staffing is looking to add a Sales/Admin Specialist to its Jacksonville, Florida team. This individual contributor role, reporting to the VP of Sales, combines sales, account management, candidate relationship management, and staffing administration. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys building relationships, connecting with local businesses, learning about different companies, and helping employers find the right candidates. The role emphasizes new client acquisition, candidate relationship management, and balanced sales and account management, with primarily local travel and occasional client visits.

This role is specific to the labor and construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and pursue new client acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct client outreach and develop strong business relationships.
• Manage client accounts and support ongoing staffing needs.
• Match candidates with suitable employment opportunities.
• Build and maintain candidate and client relationships.
• Complete staffing administration and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct market research to identify business and staffing opportunities.
• Maintain databases using staffing and recruiting software, CRM and sales platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in staffing sales and account management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with sales prospecting and account management.
• Knowledge of the staffing industry.
