Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work during peak seasons
Start Times: Between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM, depending on the route

Job Description

We are hiring a dependable Route Delivery Driver to deliver clean linens to restaurants and businesses and pick up soiled linens for processing. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full training provided — no previous experience is required!

Drivers will follow assigned local routes, interact directly with customers, handle payments, and help maintain positive customer relationships. This is an active, hands-on position that combines driving, customer service, and physical labor.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks along assigned local routes to deliver clean linens and pick up soiled linens.
• Deliver laundry orders to restaurants and other business customers.
• Collect payments, make change, and record transactions on customer receipts.
• Complete customer orders and sales contracts according to company guidelines.
• Inform regular customers about new products, services, and price changes.
• Listen to and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Load, unload, and move heavy laundry bags and carts.
• Handle smaller orders manually as needed.
• Walk in and out of customer locations throughout the day.
• Maintain professional and courteous customer service.

Schedule & Hours

• Monday through Friday.
• Occasional weekend work required during peak seasons.
• Start times typically range from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
• Approximately 8 hours per day, depending on the assigned route and season.
• Flexibility is required because start times and daily schedules may vary.
• All routes are local, although some longer routes may require 1.5–2 hours of driving to reach certain customers.

Requirements

• No previous experience required — full training provided.
• Valid driver's license:
• • Missouri applicants: Must have the required license class for the position.
  • Kansas applicants: A regular driver's license is acceptable.
• Current DOT medical card required.
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must be very clean. One or two minor speeding tickets may be considered.
• Background check required; candidates must have a clean background.
• Ability to lift and move heavy laundry bags, push large carts, and handle smaller orders by hand.
• Ability to stand, walk, drive, and move in and out of customer locations throughout the workday.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.

• Pay: $20.00 per hour.
