Zing Recruiting has partnered with a local medical device company and is looking for a Distribution Specialist to join their team in the Warsaw area! The Distribution Center Specialist will perform a wide variety of shipping and receiving tasks for the Warehouse. This person also will provide customer support and process orders.

$17-18/hr.
Hours: M-F 1st shift

Distribution Specialist or Warehouse Associate
Location: Warsaw, IN
$17-18/hr.
Hours: M-F 1st shift
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, Engineering and Quality teams via email
- Verify part/ lot numbers and quantity returned matches ERP
- Receive orders from Customer Service
- Receive product shipments into ERP system
- Update inventory counts and make necessary changes in ERP
- Prepare International shipping documents (taxes, duties, field questions)
- Assist in maintaining warehouse inventory
- Provide phone and email support to customers
- Assist in assembling product sets for distribution
- Prepare shipping labels and packaging product.
- Assist in counting and receiving shipments, including verification of inbound shipments
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- MRP or ERP experience strongly preferred
- Experience in warehouse or distribution
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and other employees of the organization
- Requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
