Position Overview

We are hiring motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop valuable communication, customer service, and sales skills. As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will work directly with potential customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and introduce available products and services. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, retail, athletics, or other people-oriented environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with potential customers.
• Communicate directly with customers in face-to-face environments.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant service recommendations.
• Explain product options, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers with service enrollment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Attend daily training, coaching, and team development sessions.
• Meet established customer acquisition and sales goals.
