Provalus is actively hiring Customer Experience Agents to support inbound and outbound customer experience activities. This is a full-time opportunity offering a set schedule, professional training and development, and opportunities for career advancement.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Agent supporting Debit Recovery (DR), you will review member-reported suspicious debit card activity and help determine whether fraudulent activity occurred beyond the member’s control or whether the member may have been involved.

Using the information available for each case, you will review the activity, determine the appropriate outcome, and take the necessary steps to resolve the case.

Responsibilities

• Review cases involving suspicious debit card activity reported by members.
• Evaluate available information to determine whether genuine fraud occurred.
• Identify whether suspicious activity occurred beyond the member’s control or involved member participation.
• Take appropriate action based on the findings of each case.
• Provide a professional customer experience while handling sensitive account-related situations.
• Follow established processes and procedures when reviewing and resolving cases.

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday 
7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST
