Certifications / Licensure Required: • CA RN • ACLS • BLS Additional Requirements: • Every other Weekend • - Titration parameters and BP/HR monitoring • - Titration based on hemodynamic response • - Safe administration and monitoring of diuresis • - Electrolyte and renal function considerations • - Protocol-based titration (DKA/HHS management) • - Protocol-driven titration based on aPTT or anti-Xa • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry, safety precaution policies, best practices regarding patient care and privacy, and changes in local/state/federal regulations. Additional Role Expectations: • Accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in an acute patient setting.
