Flexible ENT Coverage with Low-Volume Call in California

Seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist for a rewarding inpatient locums assignment in California with a manageable call volume and flexible scheduling.

Highlights

• Enjoy a low patient volume of 0-3 patients while on call
• Flexible commitment of only 7-14 shifts per month
• This assignment involves no trauma level cases
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are all provided

Practice Setting

• Inpatient coverage within a 209-bed department
• Work with a supportive team of clinical staff
• The patient population consists of adults

Schedule

• Coverage is a mix of scheduled clinic hours and call
• Assignments include weeknight and 24-hour weekend call
• Fall and winter dates are now available for this ongoing need
• Choose the shifts that work best with your schedule

Procedures and Cases

• Handle general inpatient ENT cases and daily rounding/clinic
• Perform procedures including tracheotomies and endoscopic procedures
• Cases include general and complex head and neck surgery
• Additional procedures involve thyroidectomy and facial reconstruction

Requirements

• Must be Board Certified in Otolaryngology
• An active California state license is required for this role
• Must hold an active BLS certification

Credentialing and Travel

• Temporary privileges are available to help you start sooner
• Our team provides full credentialing support for this assignment
• All of your travel and lodging accommodations will be arranged
