Locums Cardiology coverage in California with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, plus dedicated 24 hour standby call coverage. Solid clinical support and a defined daily volume make this easy to plug into an existing schedule.

Highlights

• Easy call schedule with 24 hour standby call coverage
• Flexible schedule structure, weekdays and weekends are part of the coverage need
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiology
• Strong support model with multiple APPs and on site staff

Practice Setting

• Adult cardiology, mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Average volume of 22-26 patients per day
• Support includes 2 other MDs, multiple APPs, techs, office staff, and a dedicated MA

Schedule

• Coverage includes Monday through Sunday
• Scheduled clinic hours are 8:00am-5:00pm
• 24 hour standby call coverage is also needed
• Estimated start is early 2027

Cases and Procedures

• Reading echocardiograms
• Interpreting stress tests
• Reading ECGs

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Active California license required, will not wait for license
• DEA required
