Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• GA license, compact license acceptable
• Prior home health experience
• HCHB

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No on-call requirement.

General Coffee State Park is about 15 miles from Douglas and features trails, a heritage farm, and rare wiregrass habitat. Jacksonville, Florida is roughly 125 miles south via U.S. highways, and Valdosta is about 80 miles west, giving access to larger retail and dining hubs. The city is also near the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge, approximately 50 miles southeast, where visitors can explore paddling routes, wildlife viewing areas, and one of the largest blackwater wetlands in North America.
