Home Health Aide Needed

About who needs care: They are on hospice for heart failure and a brain bleed. They need help with all transfers and ADLs, so we need help while family is at work. About the care needs: Someone compassionate, nice, and communicative. They will need to be able to lift her to transfer her from her bed to her chair. Also from her chair to her wheelchair to use the restroom. She needs help bathing and wiping, etc. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
