Home Health Aide Needed

About who needs care: My grandmother is in the advanced stage of heart failure. She gets very weak and tired at times. She is immobile. She needs help dressing herself and showering. She can do basic things like brush her teeth or go to the bathroom. She cannot dress herself or make her meals. Lastly, she would need help with distributing her medications. About the care needs: We are looking for a dependable, responsible and caring individual to help my grandmother. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
