About who needs care: Liver transplant recovery with difficulty with executive function. Need someone comfortable with recovery as the goal, allowing individual choice, planning activities, and strong communication skills. About the care needs: Calm, caring personality that allow for patient independence. Must be highly organized and able to communicate with doctors and family. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
