Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioural health services within long-term care and skilled nursing facilities in the Corpus Christi area. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to support residents' mental and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support residents with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and other behavioural health concerns.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LCSW licence.
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or behavioural health preferred.
