Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2000 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience specializing in neuro telemetry, including patients with CVA/TIA, subdurals, and seizure disorders, is required.
Experience with surgical oncology post-operative recovery after Whipple procedures, esophagectomies, and colon resections and with vascular surgery patients after peripheral angiograms, including PAD with wounds and status-post amputations, is required; chemotherapy administration is not included.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend, including Saturday and Sunday day shifts.
Holiday coverage is as needed; a minor and major holiday will be assigned if they fall within the contract.

Floating Requirements:
Float to like units.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required

Proof of identification required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
