Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Alaska license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials:
Candidates may submit without an active AK license. If offered a position and accepted, they must start the AK license application within 24 hours of acceptance.

Special Requests:
One-bedroom housing at Wedgewood Manor is provided free of charge for one occupant. Pets are not allowed.
Transportation is not provided, and walking is not recommended in winter. You will need to secure a vehicle for transportation.
Up to 14 days of RTO may be requested, including a maximum of 4 weekend shifts.
All RTO must be requested at the time of submittal.

Shift & Scheduling:
The weekend requirement is 2 weekends per month.
Holiday coverage is required per unit needs.
No call is required.

Floating Requirements:
Floats to all departments when necessary.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
