Shift: 6:45 PM - 6:45 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Credentials:
Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, with only 2 attempts permitted; update every 3 years.
Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; covers HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, and OSHA topics; must be completed within 1 year of start and updated every 3 years; minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark for the area of specialization; only 2 attempts allowed.
Ascension Pharmacology Exam (Pharmacology 1 or 2) required during onboarding; must be completed prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter; minimum passing score of 80%; only 2 attempts allowed.
Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required during onboarding; must be completed prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter; minimum passing score of 80%; only 2 attempts allowed.
Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine or Tdap declinations.

Special Requests:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
To receive travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.

Assignment is on 6E.
Patient population includes oncology, hematology, end-of-life/hospice, and overflow med-surg patients.

5 days maximum time off
