Operating Room - Surgical Technologist - $1540 per week.

Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• High School completion required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in orthopedic, general, vascular, urology, and thoracic surgery is required.
• Required skills include aseptic technique, surgical instrumentation, surgical equipment, medical terminology, and the metric system.

Required Credentials:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Unit Details:

• Intraoperative work includes preparing and handling surgical instrumentation and equipment and assisting the surgeon during surgical procedures.
• The patient population ranges from neonate through geriatric.

Shift & Scheduling:

• On-call: 1 night per week and every fourth weekend.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))
