Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience with general, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, podiatry, ortho, neuro, vascular, thoracic, robotics (Da Vinci), and trauma cases is required.

Preferred Credentials:
NCCT certification may be considered.

Special Requests:
RTO must be approved by the manager in advance.
Paid garage parking is available.

Unit Details:
Cases include general, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, podiatry, ortho, neuro, vascular, thoracic, robotics (Da Vinci), and trauma; transplants are excluded.
The OR includes a hybrid room shared with the Cath Lab.
The OR and CVOR average 45 cases per day.
Equipment includes Alaris IV pumps, an Omnicell medication dispensing cabinet, a cell saver, a Belmont rapid infuser, a glucometer, and Da Vinci robotics.

Shift & Scheduling:
On-call: 1 day a week (Monday-Friday) and 1 weekend every 4 weeks (Saturday/Sunday).
Weekends are required for needs posted as weekends.
Holiday expectations are about 50% and could be more based on need.
Schedules are issued in 4-week increments, with 8 weeks provided about 2 weeks in advance.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months
