The Maintenance Technician protects the safety, functionality and long-term value of company-owned buildings by performing advanced repairs, preventative maintenance and property improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced repairs to building structures, interiors and exteriors
- Conduct inspections to identify safety concerns and preventative needs
- Support property improvement projects and emergency repairs
- Maintain compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Document work orders, inspections and maintenance schedules

Requirements:- Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance and general trades
- Ability to assess building conditions and recommend corrective actions
- Experience coordinating contractors and third-party work preferred
- Ability to read building plans and maintenance documentation
- Two or more years of facilities or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors
Compensation details: 26-28 Hourly Wage
