Contract | Nights (17:45–06:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with an average 1:3 patient ratio
• Provide basic Post-Partum care at a 1:1 patient ratio as needed
• Utilize CPSI and Perigen electronic charting systems
• Occasionally assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed
• Adhere to all facility protocols and standards within a small rural Critical Access Hospital setting

Required Qualifications

• Kansas or Multistate (Compact) RN license required at time of submission
• BLS required — must be AHA-issued
• ACLS required — must be AHA-issued
• NRP required — must be AHA-issued
• Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification required
• Previous Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience required
• Local travelers are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Prior Post-Partum nursing experience preferred
• Flu vaccination strongly preferred; religious and medical exemptions are accepted (mask required during flu season if exempt)
