Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting, assessing and prioritizing patients based on acuity
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, initiate care plans, and implement physician-ordered treatments
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate timely and effective patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact licensure eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Prior Emergency Room experience required — new graduates are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high-acuity or trauma patients in an emergency care environment
• ACLS and/or TNCC certification preferred
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
