Job Title

RN - Emergency Room

Location

Haskell, TX | Critical Access Hospital

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department within a rural critical access hospital setting
• Assist with Med/Surg patients as needed in addition to primary ED duties
• Manage and document patient care using Cerner EMR
• Work independently in a low-volume environment averaging approximately 10–15 ED patients per day

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Comfort working independently in a rural hospital environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a critical access or rural hospital setting
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR
• Experience with Med/Surg patient populations in addition to emergency care
