Contract | Days | 07:00–19:30 | Every other weekend required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and identify measurable outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinating care delivery and employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver care in a safe, healing, and patient-centered environment
• Provide health education and information directly to patients, families, and treatment team members
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care across the care continuum
• Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties among healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
• Ability to meet weekend coverage expectations (every other weekend for full-time/part-time staff)
• Must comply with required vaccination policy as a condition of employment; medical and religious exemptions may apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior acute care facility experience preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
