Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | (4) 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Cath Lab scrub duties in a 1-lab unit serving adult and geriatric patient populations
• Operate and work alongside equipment including GE Innova X-ray and Merge Hemo systems
• Provide care for patients presenting with common diagnoses including CAD, PAD, NSTEMI, PE, and DVT
• Maintain a 3:1 patient ratio in accordance with unit standards
• Float to Interventional Radiology as required
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EHR platform

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license or Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) credentials
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• Demonstrated Cath Lab scrub experience
• Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) and Peripheral Intervention procedures
• Familiarity with Meditech EHR
• Positive, flexible approach to a dynamic clinical environment
