Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in an outpatient operating room setting
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Monitor and document patient status before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Adhere to sterile technique and infection control protocols throughout all OR activities
• Meet holiday coverage expectations, including 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operating Room nursing
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory surgery center environment
• Proficiency in both scrub and circulating roles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a fast-paced surgical setting
