Babysitter Needed

I am looking for an every-other weekend nanny, for my son. After losing his mother, I have not been finding much for work outside of 2-2-3 schedules, and there aren't any daycares that operate on weekends. Pay is flexible, hours are somewhat flexible, too. Everything is provided in my house, paid extra responsibilities (weekday/shopping/etc) are available, but not required. Direct communication, no-risk paid practice day is an option.
