Childcare Needed

I am looking for a trustworthy, patient, and caring babysitter for my premature infant (preemie). I'm looking for someone who is gentle, attentive, reliable, and understanding of the extra care a preemie may need. The care will take place in my residence. Then transportation to daycare . Also transportation for my 12-year-old will be needed. A flexible schedule would be greatly appreciated. Experience with newborns, or premature infants is a plus, and references are appreciated. Please understand, you must have your own reliable vehicle and a non smoker. Please message me if you would be a good fit. Thank you!
