Nanny Needed For My Children

I am looking for a trustworthy, patient, and caring babysitter for my premature infant (preemie). I’m looking for someone who is gentle, attentive, reliable, and understanding of the extra care a preemie may need. The care will take place in my residence only. A flexible schedule is a must, as I need someone who can accommodate changing hours when necessary. Experience with newborns, or premature infants is a plus, and references are appreciated.
