About who needs care: - Dementia patient - memory and cognitive impairment, but no behavioral issues, can talk and communicate - Limited mobility - mostly wheel-chair dependent, can assist with standing for transfers between chairs, bed, shower seat, etc. Currently capable of all these transitions with lift assist from one small person Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
