Childcare Needed

WFH mom seeking a warm, energetic nanny for our 18-month-old, and 2-month-old. I work from home and am usually nearby; my husband's schedule varies, so you'll often be working solo with our toddler and occasionally infant. We'd love (mostly) screen-free engagement sensory play, books, music, outdoor time over TV. Light housekeeping, organization and simple meal prep is ideal. Looking for someone reliable, self-sufficient, and experienced with babies/toddlers specifically. We are looking to start at 1 or 2 days/week (4sh hours per day) then grow into more hours once everyone is more comfortable! We have a 9-year-old but will be in school most days.
