Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

We're looking for a babysitter to help care for our baby boy! I work from home full-time, and I'm looking for someone who can occasionally come to our home to watch him while I'm in meetings or need some extra help during the workday. The schedule would be flexible and as-needed, rather than set days or hours. I would typically reach out ahead of time when I know I have meetings, and the help would most likely be needed around noon or later in the afternoon. Since the baby is still so little, we're looking for someone who is loving, patient, reliable, and experienced with newborns. I'll be home working, so this would mainly be an extra set of hands to care for him while I focus on work.
