Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: My son is 25 and has autism. I need some times during the week when I can get out of the house without him and in-home respite could involve supervising him while he has downtime. I would also like the respite provider to attempt to get him to engage in leisure activities, such as completing jigsaw puzzles or playing simple games like Uno. About the care needs: At times my son can become agitated. The respite provider should either have training on how to de-escalate behaviors or be open to receiving some training from myself or a behavior specialist in home.
