Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

I am a lineman and my wife is medical resident. We have an 11-week-old little girl who started daycare yesterday, but we are wanting to look into hiring a Nany to come watch her at our house. Normally I am home by 3:30, but also work late sometimes do to the job but wife can always be home by 5:30. Looking for someone we can come to know and trust to raise our little girl while we both still tackle our careers. We also have a 1-year-old chocolate lab in the house.
