Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for our children in Andover. We would prefer a babysitter who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. We are mainly looking for afterschool/afternoon hours to help out with structured activities and free play while we prepare dinner and drive other kids to activities. We are flexible on days and times in the afternoons. We have 5 total kids (the almost 11-year-old and 16-year-old do not need much, if any baby sitting) and a small hypoallergenic dog. Our kids love to move, be outside, use their imaginations, and engage in a variety of activities.
