Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Fort Wayne. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. Start time would be 4am, can relax or sleep until 7am, then would get the boys ready for school (they do on their own) the baby wakes up around 7:30ish, would just need to change diaper and feed already prepped breakfast, 8:20 a.m. would leave to take kids to school (1 min down the road) and then take baby to grandmothers right after.
